Future Income Generation Activities
The volunteers are also discussing with the women in the cooperative and Jitpurphedi community ideas relating to the income generation program. Women have expressed interest in continuing the candle making project, but do not think that it would be particularly profitable. Other women expressed interest in the benefit of purchasing, or being given sewing machines as a revenue stream. The volunteers would like to continue talking with the women and brainstorming ways to assist the women in income generation projects.
