Child club Management training was conducted in Tarakeswor viddhya kunja secondary School on 14 September, 2015 for children club Members. There were altogether 30 Children present in the training. VINs “Children’s Life skills Facilitation Project” is under Children Development Program. The main of this project is to enhance the creativity of the children and protect their rights.
Child club members actively participated in the training. This training was conducted by VIN staffs and Volunteers. The training facilitators were from Spain, China and France. The meeting agendas were Introduction, Rational of CC, Forming CC, Roles and responsibilities of CC members, Conducting meeting, Writing minutes, Wall magazine publication, Communication skill, Resource Mapping, Fund Raising, Account keeping, Making plans.
The training was basically focused on mobilizing various children development activities in the schools and community. Also this training will help the members to motivate and conduct various children activities in school.
Various games and activities were taught by the volunteers. VIN is conducting such kind of program to sustainable program in school. The program was conducted for four hours. Children were very interacting in training. Further, we could observe active involvement of Child club facilitators and teachers.
VIN follow ups and supports to the children club of the school every month. Children clubs has been doing many creative activities in their school and community. This training was very successful for the students.
