Background: Cholindra Bahadur Karki is a very energetic, dedicated, and optimistic person. He has done master’s degree in English in Education from Tribhuvan University. He has a good leadership personality. He is a District Program Facilitator who coordinates national and international volunteers as a bridge & assists them to establish good relationships with different communities and the organization.
Responsibilities: As a District Program Facilitator, he is responsible for overall functions of all the national and international volunteers. He supports in coordination with the local partners of the organization and links them with the volunteers.
Experience and Expertise: He has good experience working in different communities and has immense knowledge about it. He worked as the English Language Teacher for thirty years and has good experience of working in the administrative field. He ran a private school located in Kathmandu as the Headteacher for 15 years.
Education and Qualifications: He has a master’s degree in English in Education from Tribhuvan University. He has attended many teachers’ training and management training.
Skills: He is good at coordination and has managerial skills. He also has teaching and presenting skills.
Professional Affiliations: He is currently delivering different sessions and facilitate in orientation program at Volunteers Initiative Nepal in Okhaldhunga.
Passions and Interests: He is very interested in working with different people holding different cultures and perspectives.
Contributions to the Organization: He has a vital role in the organization. He works as a facilitator between the national and international volunteers with the organization in maintaining good relations and providing continuous support.
