Varsha Pradhan holds a Masters' degree in Human and Natural Resources Studies, which equips her with a deep understanding of the relationship between human activities and the environment. She serves as a Communication Officer at VIN, where she plays a crucial role in handling various communication channels and representing the organization.
She is responsible for managing and responding to email inquiries regarding upcoming Mid Term/Long Term (LMTV), Short Term, Work-camp, Group Volunteers, and partner organizations. She will make sure to communicate quickly to address questions, provide information, and support interested individuals and organizations.
Varsha volunteered in the VSO Nepal ICS UK aid project for 3 months. She worked with UK volunteers to conduct various livelihood programs in the community. She also worked as a School Liaison Officer in the NCEP-Nepali Children’s Education project, where she monitored and supervised volunteers and submitted reports. She was awarded a prestigious award from the UK government for her active citizenship as an ICS volunteer.
