I am Tirsana Koirala, a development professional currently serving as an ESC Intern for the Women Empowerment Project at VIN Nepal. With my Master's degree in Development Studies and over two years of experience in human rights, climate change, sustainable development, and women's empowerment, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my role. My focus lies in implementing the women’s empowerment project in Jitpurphedi, where I strive to make a tangible difference in the lives of rural women.
In my current role, I:
– Support planning and implementation of women’s empowerment initiatives
– Assist in organizing participatory workshops on assertive communication, leadership skills, and personal development for rural women
– Conduct needs assessments and participate in monitoring and evaluation activities
– Contribute to project reports, manual writing, and proposal development
– Engage in capacity-building exercises for women’s empowerment
