Recently, Volunteers Initiative Nepal (VIN) is into improving the infrastructure of Rasuwa High School Dhunche. VIN helped the school to build its compound wall and also provided manpower for the proper completion of the project under the construction project for children development. VIN helped the school with the materials like cement, bricks, iron rod, the iron fence, colors and other construction materials. Besides, VIN also taught the students and painted the fence as well. Almost 535 have been benefited by the construction of the fence as the school’s compound with the base of bricks and stones. VIN reached Rasuwa as the major priority is to make sure the students from the marginalized community have favorable learning environment.
The compound was wall was constructed for the school and the hostel. With the construction of the compound wall, the students have been feeling more secured. The construction started on 5th of September, 2016 and the work is still in progress. While the construction is going on, the school administration has been coordinating very well with VIN for the work. All the required support have been provided by the school administration. The task has also been very well appreciated by the students, teacher, parents, locals, local authority and so forth. The task is yet to be completed but while it is still in the progress appreciating responses are already in the air. VIN hopes to complete the construction on time so that the students can learn in a favorable environment.
