19th may, 2014; VIN welcomed 11 group volunteers from USA. These volunteers are involved in activities such as teaching students in Nagarjun Higher secondary school, school wall painting and construction. VIN received group volunteers from sending organization VFP (Volunteers for Peace), USA. The groups were warmly welcomed by teachers, students and school management committee. They will be involved in various activities such as teaching, painting, and construction etc till 25th of May. They were involved in toilet construction from 10th may to 17th of May.
The volunteers were divided into two groups which eased their volunteering activities. They were assisted by the local volunteers. VIN prepared and managed for ongoing group volunteering activities. 300 students will be directly benefited from this program. VIN had also mobilized its group volunteers in kaliasaran school, Mahadevsthan, Nagargun schools in earlier years as well. These group volunteers were involved in various Infrastructure Development and education development activities.
