Distribution of Sponsorship Materials

8^th July, 2014: VINs child sponsorship program is designed to help the children of the poor families who cannot afford to pay for the education of their children.VIN has been successful to provide full scholarship to more than 100 children. The sponsorship material distribution program is organized every year with the beginning of schools academic calendar. On 27^th June, 2014 VIN distributed sponsorship material to 40 students of Jitpurphedi.
 
40 students from 6 schools, principal, teachers, social workers, political representative, parents VINs   staff and the children participated in the program. With involvement of VINs Program Manager, Volunteer Manager and children development Officer the sponsorship materials were distributed to the children. The material includes schools uniform, shoes, bag, copy, pen, sports materials and also the schools stationery. This program helped 40 students to pursue education.
 
The Generous sponsors from various countries supported sponsorship project by sponsoring poor and destitute children from the community. VIN will soon be also launching income generation program for the parents to make them financially independent. VIN will propose this to the sponsors.  Principal Hari Krishna Aryal says, “Due to VINs immense support through child’s sponsorship program the poor families were able to educate their children. This will somehow diminish the burden of poor parents. He is very much thankful to VIN. Similarly, the parents were also very grateful to the sponsors and to the VIN.
