14th August, 2014: Jitpurphedi Women Agriculture Co-operative conducted meeting. Shiv Kumari Aryal (President of Jitpurphedi women Agriculture co-operative limited) facilitated the meeting in Tinpiple. Eight board members, two co-operative staffs and one VIN staff were involved in the meeting. The main objectives of the meeting were to collect the work activities from board members for fiscal year 2071/72, to make decision of the loan and member limitation.
Mrs. Aryal started meeting as an informally and tell about the last year completed activities and recent issues. The Participants shared the information of work activates for coming year. She gave equal opportunity to talk about the plan preparation to all participants involved there.
The president said that the members we should improve present behavior/activities for co-operative development. She explained, if we give more attention to co-operative development, we can set this cooperative as an example. She added that we are lucky because VIN is continuing support to the co-operative both financially and technically.
The Board members also prepared annual draft plan for fiscal year 2071/72. They decided to set loan limitation of maximum 50 thousand based on business plan per member and also among the group members 80 percent women can take loan at a time. They thanked VIN organization for continued support.
