Your Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Platform Management:
- Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
Create and Schedule Content: Develop eye-catching posts, stories, and videos to share VIN’s mission, projects, and volunteer experiences.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages and build a sense of connection with followers.
Content Strategy: Plan a content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality posting.
SEO and Optimization: Use best practices to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Website Content Review: Review and refine existing content on the VIN website for improved user experience and SEO.
Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with VIN’s marketing team for cohesive storytelling and cross-platform campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Social media management, digital marketing, or communications background preferred.
Creative Storytelling: Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with graphic design tools, video editing software, and social media analytics.
Adaptability and Passion: Enthusiastic about VIN’s mission and eager to embrace new challenges.
On-site Commitment: Must be available to work at the VIN office in Nayabazar, Kathmandu.

Volunteering with VIN was an incredibly experience! I spent an amazing 2 weeks working in 4 schools teaching about disasters and preparedness while enhancing the childrens english. Everyone I met was so lovely and helpful enciting me into their culture. While in Okhaldhunga I got to see multiple festivals including Gai Jatra and Teej, which was unforgettable and really made my time in Nepal. I'm so glad VIN allowed me to see the beautiful sights and culture if Nepal and I wish to come back soon!

Well, I was that lucky one who got an opportunity to work with VIN (Volunteer Initiative Nepal) as a local volunteer. It was the best part of my entire life till. During my time volunteering (about 3 months), I gained valuable skills like project management , community outreach.
