Prokshani is passionate about helping children learn and grow in environments that are safe, joyful, and imaginative. At VIN, she works as a Librarian and Children’s Activity Facilitator, where she creates engaging spaces for reading, storytelling, art, and play. Her approach is simple build trust, be present, and make learning fun.With two years of experience working with children, youth, and education-focused programs, Prokshani brings both compassion and coordination to her role. She enjoys working closely with local families and believes in small, consistent efforts that make lasting impact.

Before joining VIN, Prokshani served as Team Lead at Fun Play Learn, where she helped expand the program to over 100 schools across the Kathmandu Valley, reaching thousands of children with play-based learning. She also supervised volunteer teams and worked closely with local governments and partners.
She later worked with Galli Galli as a Project Supervisor, leading a pilot focused on improving children’s numeracy skills. In addition to her fieldwork, she has contributed to curriculum design, monitoring systems, and community outreach. Her work continues to center around child development, youth engagement, and inclusive education.
