Bipana Thapa Magar is a dedicated Community Mobilizer working with VIN branch office in Okhaldhunga District. With a strong passion for grassroots development, Bipana has been actively facilitating community-based programs focused on education, health, construction, and permaculture in Siddhicharan Municipality (Ward No. 1 & 2 – Thulachhapa and Taluwa) and Chisankhugadhi Rural Municipality (Ward No. 6 – Bhadaure).Since joining VIN in 2025, Bipana has played a key role in engaging local stakeholders, organizing awareness campaigns, and supporting volunteers to create meaningful impact in the region.
