VIN provided me a personal journey into Nepal that included a traditional host family who welcomed all volunteers into their home as though we were family from day one. I felt prepared and that accommodation was made to make sure I could safari and make time to explore Nepal only here a short while. Saila dais and family were all incredible. Had toilet, food and much love from family members, first night they danced and sang for us and welcomed us into the home.
 
VIN; I felt very comfortable trusting my arrangements to VIN, all expectation were exceeded. Sarita, our local volunteer program leader, made sure we met local children, visited community schools and families and helped us adapt to nepali ways. Sarita was incredible at the school. She was a hard worker and shared many stories about culture and traditions. She was/ is very kind hearted!
 
I felt connected to the school and the community where the school was, met many children and teachers also. I would highly recommend VIN to any future volunteers interested in exploring Nepal.
