9th June, 2014: Volunteer’s initiative Nepal (VIN) will be launching a decade book coming year after successful completion of 10 years in community development projects. VIN has mobilized two volunteers from South Africa, Jennifer and Prudence Ramsay in jitpurphedi from 4th June to 6th June. They were involved in communication with various stakeholders and also observed various projects of VIN in the community. They also asked various questions to the women, community people, teachers and students and the stake holders. This helped to acknowledge people’s perspective on VIN’s community development projects its achievements, and challenges implemented in Jitpurphedi.
The primary purpose of this reflection was to collect people’s view on several programs of VIN such as Children’s Development, Women’s Empowerment, Public Health and Youth’s Empowerment etc. This observation will help in analyzing the success of VIN’s projects implemented in the community. VIN has started various researches prior launching its decade book.
