Garbage Management Program

The garbage management program was made to sensitive people about waste and garbage environmental pollution. As there is no a real garbage management company, they just put their garbage’s on the environment which is increase pollution. The goal is to make them realize that pollution is not good for environment, for them and for future generation of children more over it is much more better to live in a clean area. With the help of two locals volunteers Mr. Manoj and Mr. Amar and one foreigner volunteers from France called Fanny and also Mr. Kishor from VIN association, we teach and sensitive people of Jitpur area. We visited four villages Krishnadol, Athmile, Devisthan and Pachmanaa.
 
The classes happened in two times; First, we talked about garbage and waste and the different ways to manage it (recycling, reducing and reusing). We also talk about compost and how to make a good compost, with what matters (vegetables, fruits, rest of meals, woods) and to use it. We also explain to them all the advantage and it improve the yield.
 
Second, we clean the street and take the organic garbage to put in the  dig we made which will be the new place for compost.
 
In general, people was very interesting and ask lot of questions. There was more women than men expect at the last village where we were. Everybody was motivated to clean the area and start to understand the importance of garbage management program.
