VIN launches many projects under Youth Empowerment Program i.e. Youth Club and Life Skills, English and Career Development, and Youth Entrepreneurship project with an objective of developing skilful youth manpower in our community sites by the help of our local and international volunteers and encourage them to participate in socio-economic activities of the society. The camp leader training is also the part of the Youth empowerment Program. Youth development is an unconditional posture for nation building as the strength of future development of a nation depends solely upon it. The future of any country is always predicated on its present youth productive force. A society with an inefficient and irresponsible youth force is not far from an abyss of serious irreparable damage. It is obvious that youth constitute the true wealth and the future of the country, addressing their hopes and aspirations must therefore be an integral part of socio-economic development
VIN has administered the camp leader training to train the needy marginalised local youth of Jitpurphedi, Okhaldhunga, Okharpauwa, Nuwakot and Kathmandu districts to develop them as a camp leader and support in the development sectors. The main objective of the training is to provide the opportunity to the local youth to develop their leadership as a camp leader for IVS movement and develop youth as entrepreneurs.
